We have been in the handicraft manufacturering business from three generation. Intiallly, Mr Ahmad Khan, the grandfather of Mr faisal Khan set up a small horn handicarft manufacturing unit around 60 years back. He used to manufacture comb of buffalo horn. He was among very few comb manufacutres who started this work in his locality of Districs Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, India. Around that time, this work was considered as the only art-based occupation. Later on, in late 1980s, his son, Mr Anwar Khan, started exploring the manufacuritng of other handicraft items with different materials like Horn, Bone, Wood, Brass, and Mother of Pearls etc. He started his business with the manucafurting of different metal items like Bangles, Cuff Bracelets, Necklace, Pendants, Rings, Earrings. For the manufacturing of these items, he primarily used metals like brass, copper, gilat etc. Mr Anwar khan was among the pioneers of this business in his city. He used to supply these items to local suppliers who further used to export them and sell them in the domestic market. He continued this business with his sons for around 20 years; later on his sons started exploring the manufacturing of other items and other materials and expanded this business by starting the manufacturing of other handicraft tiems of buffalo horn at a large scale. Currently, we specialise in the manufacturing of bufflao horn button, buffalo horn scales and other items.
